I used them for years but the recent ones seem to be plagued by dry-rot. Or maybe it's because the garage is too hot. I kept my bikes in the house until 2016.

Took The Older Boy to work and did some light grocery shopping (pork chops, boiled and buttered potatoes, and asparagus for dins tonight), cleaned the kitchen, got The Younger Boy to sweep and vacuum the LR/DR, took Rango for a walk and only just getting soaked by a passing squall, and read a thread and an interesting poster on Intermittent Fasting and incidence of cardiovascular death. I'm putting off taking the rental to the airport and a Lyft back.

My earlier posts on wearable technology were not in a vacuum. Earlier this week I got a watch with which I can track my walking (and theoretically cycling) activities.
It says today I took 5500 steps. I don't really know how that is tallied. Probably not very accurately.

The Boy and The Heron was very good. It was reminiscent of “Spirited Away” in some ways but even more dreamlike in some ways especially with the flow of events and the timeline. The animation is beautiful. Would give it 4.5 stars out of 5.
