I reached out to the seller when it was first listed and he was not friendly and absolutely refused to ship it even when compensated for time and materials. Proof not many people on Bainbridge Island interested in a 40 year old road frame I guess. Oh well I tried.

Thats Jack's bike, a friend of 66jr. I believe his dad owns a very popular local bike store. 66jr. sent me a picture of the it right after he picked up.

1960 Frejus Chicago area
Good looking Frejus which the seller claims is from 1960 (and it might be). Nice mix of older parts. Tempting bike for someone in the Chicago area. Seller is asking $400.

I know "Terry bikes" get no love (look weird and take two tire sizes) but for the money this is in amazing condition.
Had to post it as I'd never seen a Bio Pace crank set with a granny gear! Maybe built by an owner who wanted that???

Incredibly rare full custom touring Tange steel bike build commissioned in the early 1990s by the Terry Precision Bicycle company. Bike was made for a petite rider to be able to comfortably ride for long distance. Original price to build was $1k. As you can see in the pics it's in 10+++ condition. It's suggested that the original Panaracer tires be replaced. Outside of that you're ready to ride it coast to coast on a bike packing adventure.

Maybe so but I think anybody on Bainbridge that still wants this sort of thing probably has them already/still.

Classic cycles is still there and likely has many like this languishing.

This is a very good deal to the right buyer for what it is and at this price doesn't allow for any more than answering the door to hand it off.

I have made the trip there a couple of times from Portland and got one of the best deals ever with the big chrome Ritchey including the original filet brazed bars, roller cam rear brake, 5 brand new pairs of excellent JL Velo shorts and a great visit with the seller.
