Wut?.....
My frame started life as an o.s.bb. That wAs factory converted to bb30. I am under the impression I need to remove the bearings, and press in a bb86 dub. I'm not sure though. There isn't a lot of info out there and some is contradictory.
On the brighter side, I just learned I have to replace my free hub with some sort of proprietary sram free hub , xdr, thing, another hunerd bux. I have no idea if the even make one for the Chinese wheel I was going to buy.
I have to say I'm a bit disappointed in Sram, sure seems like they went out of their way to make this as difficult as they could.

If you're getting a new wheelset, you should be able to order it with the XDR driver.

Just recently I have seen the positive results of abandoning a bagel craze that had enveloped me last winter. By the time softball season had arrived my belly was looking gross. I hated looking at it, but those bagels were soooo good (NYC quality). I ditched them starting in July or so and now it appears I've lost at least 2 inches off that gross belly fat.
Bread is the freaking worst of the carbs.

Having said that, if your vertigo is truly positional, viz., it is more or less reliably provoked by certain head positions or movements, then it is likely "benign" and can be treated essentially by repeated provocation of symptoms and desensitization of the brain mechanism that causes the sensation.
Here is a Google search on how to do that.

Haven't been around for a few weeks. Been enjoying a little break from various social media. Also not been riding much -- after completing a personal goal of five Dirty Kanza 200 finishes last June, I just have not been motivated to ride much and I've *really* been enjoying having the extra 8-10 hours every weekend to just be super lazy. I'm hoping I get motivated again by spring otherwise I might have to start working out in some other fashion.
But the big news I've started shaving with double-edge safety razors and it's pretty awesome, you guys. I decided to give it a try because I felt that it needlessly wasteful to throw away plastic cartridges every week, but the whole shaving bowl, quality shaving cream, shaving brush, safety razor shaving experience is much more enjoyable and I don't get ingrown hairs and is actually something I look forward to now.
Learning curve (on both my face and my legs) was a little steep but worth it now that I've got the hang of it.
Also you can get like 100 blades for $10.
As it turns out I picked the right time to get into it. I used to order cartridge razor blades from Dorco because you could get a 6-month supply for absurdly cheap, but last summer they shut down their direct-order operation in the U.S. and now you have to order from their Amazon storefront, and their prices are basically the same as Gillette now.
From what I can tell they settled a patent-infringement lawsuit with Gillette and the terms are confidential but the shuttering of their direct-order operation is most likely connected to this.
Also there are shaving forums that are just as nerdy and nitpicky as bike forums, because of course there are.

Which of these would be faster?
https://cruzbike.com/collections/all...s/products/v20
https://www.bacchettabikes.com/trike...arbon-trike-2/
Weight seems about even. The three-wheeled one seems like it would have less frontal area. The two-wheeled one would have less rolling resistance.

Definitely the Cruzbike. Trikes are fun and some people can make the racing models fly but I can’t. Three wheels has too much rolling resistance and generally a weight penalty.
Be aware that the Cruzbike has a fairly steep learning curve but people have put out some serious speed in them.
Personally, if I was looking at a two wheeled bent, which I’m not, I’d look at the Vite site and check out the new Freestyle and some of his other stuff. John and his wife are also Bacchetta dealers if one needs to order Bacchetta Carbontrike or a CA3.
BTW, I ride an ICE VTX with all the light stuff. I’d put it up against a Bacchetta Carbontrike anyday. It’s not carbon but it’s got a better pedigree, stiffer, etc. Top line VTX cost is close to the same.

Columbia. And she was so adamant she wants to go there, she pushed us to agree to early decision. The application is sent, we find out before December 15th.
I honestly think it's a too high pressure environment for her, but as per previous, she doesn't care what I think.
