Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Don't have the bike yet so got stock picture.
Finally decided on what bike to get. Decided to go with hometown company.
Argon18 Krypton full Ultegra group, should be drastic change from my Trek 1.1.

2010 SuperiorLite SL Club (SL Race Wheelset) Shimano 105 equipped.
W/ Pedals, Bottle Cages, wireless computer, small lights. weighs just over 19lbs.

Plenty of room for weight loss, and plenty light enough to still keep up with the 5k dollar bikes.

I really dig on the Argon bikes. They are all beautifuly schemed out and none of them are ever too wild that it takes away from them. Nice ride Nassa, you most post actual pic when you get it. how long?

Don't do that. The ability to stare at a bike you might not be able to use only makes it more motivational when you can use it. I would put that thing in front of my TV for 4 months. Lol

If it was actually vintage that would be cool.

Torelli is still one of my favorite bike companies <3

Updated pic: Cinelli 120mm 1R stem, 66-44 bars. Black cork bar tape (used to be faded red). The tires are michelin pro race. I wish they were black but they feel awesome so I'm just going to use them instead of spending a bunch of money for no gain in performance. The bike also came with a set of tubular race wheels, never used tubulars before but I'm going to try them in the spring. The bike weighs around 21lbs with pedals. The wheels are extremely nice but they feel pretty heavy, probably a 2000g set. I am wondering if I could get it under 20lbs with the tubulars!

My Road Bike

I bought this 2007 frame a couple of weeks ago and started the build.
Finished it Thursday.
Pretty much everything is SRAM Red, and the complete bike weighs 16.3 lbs without saddle bag.

This is my Tri Bike.
