It's a matter of priority (for most).
And not having 'financial headroom' doesn't make one a looser!!
Or maybe in the free world of greed and capitalism
The hubs are in fact Tune...made a good deal there.
I'm building up a set with 7800 (~$50 for a rear )
Way better and not that much weight penalty.
I'm constantly looking out for a good deal, and that's
how this was possible for $1500

It's dry out here, I'd have to try really hard to get that muddy look.
Shapelike, what kind of tires are on that sexy orange monster of yours? They look familiar, but I can't place them. Awesome build, by the way. It makes me lust for something similar.
