At least you know it is a quality restoration. There are so few Confente's out there, I would think it tough to say there's a going rate for them.

This could be a good deal for someone, a Serotta CSI single-speed for $500. I'd build it up with gears and make a wicked townie with the leftovers, those Phil hubs are something special.

Neat bike!

It would make a great bike for the Twin Cities. Pretty flat unless you are in the river bluffs.

This is advertised as a 1930's Colson. I think it could be 30's or 40's. Most of their production was badged as Goodyear or Firestone, but this one is just Colson - Featherweight model I think, and it is in decent condition.

Univega - 62cm - Triple Butted Chromoly Road bike

That one has been up for a while. $200 is way too much for a Univega Supra Sport. Then again, some dreamer in Philly (The Hub Cyclery) had one up for $650.

Mine is smaller, and still it weighs 28 lbs., despite the 'triple-butted' decal.
Nice bike, tho. Rides real well. Maybe the best $40 I ever spent.
I looked at that bike a few months ago, I need at least a 63cm with a longer top tube. At 6' 4" tall with long arms and long legs I need maximum seat post length to be comfortable. For some reason the one listed feels smaller under me than the size suggests.

The bike is clean, and fairly light in hand. Its a far cry lighter than my Panasonic DX 2000.

I remember when these were for sale new, they were a pricey bike. I opted for my Panasonic at the time which was over $100 less in a 65cm frame. The Supra Sport was the last model with 27" tires that didn't weigh in over 30lbs.
I wish I had bought the Univega since the frame on my Panasonic has a lot of BB flex, something that I've been leery of since day one. If this one was a 63 or larger I'd jump on it in a minute.

1987 63cm White/Blue Cannondale Road Bike - $379 (Saugus, MA)

I bought the bike last year in search of a decent road / criterium bike, and upon purchasing it noticed it had a few issues. I've taken time to perfect the bike and make it ride wonderfully so that shifts are smooth, the brakes are powerful and the bike is comfortable to ride. I don't ride the bike as much as I'd like (I haven't put more than 20 miles on it) so I'm hoping to sell this and my daily and build one, all purpose bike.

The bike is mostly original and was very ahead of it's time, including an aluminum frame, aluminum rims and a complete Shimano 105 group set. Maintenance done includes changing the tubes and tires, adjusting the shifters, replacing the brake covers and grip tape with Fizik soft touch black, replacing the ripped original seat with a lighter WTB seat, adding a matching water bottle holder, changing the break pads to Kool Stop red/black, and doing an overall cleaning.

If any more information is needed please let me know and I'll be happy to provide what I know. This is a wonderful bike and should go to a person who loves riding as much as I do. I'm willing to take reasonable offers. Thanks for looking!

Maybe a little rough, maybe lower end, but still a smokin deal at a buck twenty five IMHO and hard to believe its still there after 3 days. Looks like whats left of a 531 decal at top of seatube.

If this frame comes in anywhere near the current 1k bidding it will be an excellent deal especially if the history is accurate, too bad about the chrome, got about 7hrs to go.

Yup, I'd guess that it is a Mistral frameset which is 531 throughout and is a sports tourer. Super deal.

Glad the Serotta worked out @gomango , super cool bike.
