I've never spent big money on clinchers before. The ultra sports have proven themselves to me on several bikes. I ran tubulars on my tri bike and the completion sprinters were $130 a pair. I really have no desire to run tubulars on an everyday bike.

I'm in, holding down the PNW chapter here.
Mugged an old guy in dark, foggy parking lot one night last winter and came away with a Merckx and this little Croce d'Aune bedecked wonder:
And you're all correct about it being a bike that wants to go faster than you really want to ride. Until storytime, that is.

My Masi is like that. It forces me to ride faster, always faster. It was made in Carlsbad but it might as well have been made in Milan.
