Bargain Bianchi. "$1,365 (or, REASONABLE offer)" Bear in mind that this price is marked down from $2100, and I get the impression that whatever you might offer will not be considered reasonable.

Seller at least got the bike names right...
Please note it's a 44 inch frame and wheels are 28 inch
Actually a really nice condition Royal albeit over priced with a nice Cannondale bar bag. If you could get it for less it'd be a good bike though judging from dust I'd say full rebuild/regrease.....

Bicycle-Fuji Royal - $200 (St. Peter’s)
Silver metallic, with cynella drop bars, wyndum concave rims, vetta training stand encluded.

I haven't posted here in quite a while, but the photography in this eBay ad is just stunning (not to mention the apparent "quality" of the parts):

Here are a couple examples. First there's rusty:

$699 price seems reasonable...........
https://orangecounty.craigslist.org/...422161900.html
The frame is 24 inch, possibly a burgundy color, with campy dropouts, no cracks, breaks or repairs visible, I'm sure the paint will come back with correct cleaning.
Campy parts; F&R brakes, Brake levers, Shifters, F&R derailleurs, F&R wheel hubs, Headset. Which is all still legible.
Cinelli handlebars & neck.
No visible name on the rims, unless it's under all the dust, the spokes appear to be SS.
I hope to find the missing parts, as of right now it's as is, what you see. This bike is a rainy day project, basically untouched for years. Please text/call anytime

This bike is a barn find survivor, I'm guessing from the head badge design late 70's to early 80's.The frame is 24 inch, possibly a burgundy color, with campy dropouts, no cracks, breaks or repairs visible, I'm sure the paint will come back with correct cleaning.

^^^^^ Bonus wacky points for the vertical full-bike shot, seriously missing the mark on the bike's age, and for calling the Cinelli stem "neck".
Prince of the Royal City
The seller doesn’t really gain anything or return investing elbow grease and energy. New owner may actually enjoy the whole brought back from this condition to rideable part. If not they enjoyed the process of cleaning the bikes. They will look at the finished product and enjoy the feeling of accomplishment; remembering where it started from…as the seller it is just a chore…diminishing returns and all…I’ve had sellers hurriedly run an old towel over a paint job with a beautiful protective layer of dust and totally dull the paint!
My favorite situation is when the seller takes a bike stored for decades and rides it like they rode it decades ago! Balls and races in the bottom brackets and the hubs get scored or worse!

I can't feel good to sell a bike like that, I've sold bikes for friends and clean it knowing it's going to bring more value and some people get more excited if it's what they are looking for!

Ok, now the U.N. has to get involved. That price meets the definition of a crime against humanity.

I dunno man, I think I'd blame the guy who let a nice aluminum Bianchi with a Veloce drivetrain go at $150 and not the reseller here.

HEH! I'd maybe be down for that trade, depending on negotiations. It'd save me from building one of my own. I wonder if the disconnect is that you saw "trainer" and thought it was some wooden turbo. It's meant to train balance for a manual. Usually there's a loop out strap for when you start so you don't fall backwards while learning.

I've started a new job recently on a uni campus, so I've been looking for a cheap bike as a commuter.
What's the opinion of the room on this one? The forks look like they've been bent back to me. I've asked the seller a question, and requested photos of the front end of the frame but no response yet.

I was looking at this Serotta. What the heck is up with $352.79 for shipping and why would you not include a drive side pic for a bike like this?

Maybe the trader/seller is in the midst of trading up from a paper clip to a house.

You will get sellers who just don't want to ship and so they will only ship if you'll pay through the nose. Having said that, you will see sellers who will not allow local pickup and those sellers are banking on buyer seeing a nice price on a nice bike and not looking at shipping cost and getting stuck with the fee.

Tall Fuji S-12S 18-speed is okay and fairly cheap ($150 in NY), but someone added drum or band brakes and replaced the stock fork with some lameass cheapo.
