There's a fair amount of Pegoretti experience over on the Paceline forum. A couple folks there might have some ideas about the asking price. Still, if it was breathed on by Signore Pegoretti himself, it probably increased in value with his passing, so no telling what it might actually fetch.

I would want current detailed pics before considering any of these, time can be very hard on things sometimes, especially depending on how they were stored and cared for.
My 80 Bianchi SC was advertised with a pic that was 7-8 years old when the bike had been in very good shape, had a facilitator check it out and spoke with the seller several times.
Pulled the trigger, it arrived with crap mismatched wheels and looks like it had bounced around in storage for at least ten years very much the worse for wear.
Was still an ok deal but not what I thought I was getting, I tried and it probably wouldn't have stopped me but shame on me.
The disappointment is still evident in the fact that is still sitting just as it arrived.
