It measures 63cm from center of bb to the top of the top tube but the top tube only measures 58cm. My 63 cm CAAD 5 had a 60cm top tube. I just threw the seat and post on from the spare parts and I have a regular looking stem for it instead of the Nitto high rise.

I bought a Cannondale 3.0 frameset years ago that looks identical except the rear dropouts are about an inch behind the seat stays. It was the first year that an aluminum fork was available as an option. It rides SO much smoother than the version 1 Cannondale I have. I know that's relative. I would never sell it, but then, I'm an N+1 guy.
Not sure about the dropouts, I thought that was only the 2.8.

It's really different from a 3.0, it's a touring frame. Longer wheelbase, slacker head tube angle, cantilever brakes, eyelets front and rear for racks and fenders,, and that 3rd bottle cage mount under the down tube. Quite a bit heavier than a 3.0, too.
Not sure about the dropouts, I thought that was only the 2.8.

The 3.0 and 2.8 both had those. Here's the R500 from the 1994 catalog - the one I have. Oddly enough, though, mine came with the "Ahead" headset, which was supposed to be a feature of the 2.8 based bikes. But that's the one I have! Blue, triple R100 groupset, downtube shifters and all. Of course, I replaced almost everything.

Now thinking De Salvo instead of Barco for the bike - being able to get him on the phone was nice. The problem is I now need to get myself in the mindset to plunk down a deposit and be committed, but man the thought of being halfway there for 6-7 months is painful. And I need to figure out a paint job...

5 hours later car was inspected and failed. When the mirror fell of earlier a car ran it over so you can really see out of it.

Which one would be better for dealing with my legs? I used to have a roller apparently it has been disappeared. The stick looks like it would be pretty simple to roll over my quads and apply pressure.

In VA you don’t have to have a passenger side mirror, so I thought that it would pass even though you can’t see out of it. He said NAY! If I removed the whole assembly he would pass it, But because it’s on the vehical it has to work. I don’t want to remove the whole assembly, so a replacement glass for the mirror is about 50 bucks. Also one of my fog lights is out. I didn’t know I had fog lights nor do I know how to turn them on, but apparently becuase it’s there it is required to work.

I don't like those rolling sticks - it's a lot more work, relying on upper body and arms, and much less effective.

So my wife is all about finding used stuff and repurposing it. She found an old rocking chair and a bench that someone through out. She re sanded it and painted it a pretty teal color, and it has been with us for the last 4 years or so. Well the new house doesn’t have a front porch so we decided to throw them away last night. This afternoon they pop up on face book market place for 75 bucks a piece. I am not sure how I feel about this. I expected someone to take it to use, but to just sell it and pretend they are the ones that refinished it?! Bold.

I have no idea if a stick helps, but . . . in the early days of my knee inflammation I was at a chiropractor's house and he offered to take a look at them. He said the stick would help with the circulation so he took it to them. Hard. It hurt.
Point is you might want a heavier duty stick than a $5 one.
