Cyclone Rear Der Large Jockey Wheel
What is available as a replacement for the lower jockey wheel on the Suntour Cyclone rear derailleur? It is larger than the upper wheel and the dust cover on one side of each wheel is built into the removable cage plate.

The Cyclone derailleurs I’m familiar with do not match your description. The pulleys are the same size. I think they’re 11T, but 10T pulleys work fine. And the dust covers are a part of the pulley-held together by the screw that holds the cage together.
If the dust covers are on the cage, they’re stuck on by hardened chain goop.
The only Suntour derailleur that I know of that has a larger lower pulley is the 2nd version of the Mountech with the 13T lower pulley.

With the exception of the Cyclone 3 pulley model...maybe someone harvested mismatched pair, assuming the op's talking about a 2 pulley Cyclone.

Yes, this size jockey wheel was a new one on me, too. I have the original Cyclone, Mark II, and this one, which I have not seen before. It is stamped as a Cyclone, but is much different from any one I have seen thus far. Desrali shows it is a Cyclone 6200. I am sure a standard wheel will work in there, but would be out of place, so to speak.

The Mark II I have is the 3500, two wheel model. The three wheel model is a gem of a shifter over a wide range of gearing. Very durable, too. At one time I aimed to have one of each iteration of the Cyclone rear der, however I nixed it as my space is becoming crowded and no place to display parts anymore.

Now that I think of it- I haven't had that style of Cyclone- I've had a few of the 1st style (I know there's different iterations of the 1st gen Cyclones) and a few MIIs- and I know of these- but I've always assumed they're similar!
I only knew about the Mountech having the big pulley- according to my old thread it says 12T.
