HB-7600 Measurments - Anyone got them?
Does anyone have the HB-7600 F and R measurements around?
Center to right/left flange
Left and right flange diameter
I can't find them on Shimano's website, or their 2006 tech catalog either.

In the spoke calculator I have there is a High Flange Dura Ace track hub mentioned (no model number) measurements are as follows:
Front:
67.0 34.0 67.0 34.0
Rear:
67.0 41.0 67.0 30.0
each is left flange spoke circle diameter, left width from the center of the wheel to the center of the flange, right flange spoke circle diameter, right width from the center of the wheel to the center of the flange.
Hope this helps!
Edit: I guess I was to slow...

You know, I have that same spoke calculator, but those numbers for the rear hub don't seem to make sense as it is a fixed/fixed hub. Why would the flanges on the right and left side of a symetric hub be different distances from the center of axle?

Those numbers are for the single-fixed version.
I am building a wheelset with the dual-fixed version and I measured 62mm between the flanges.

Here are the numbers you are looking for:
Flange diameter = 67 mm (you should be comfortable with that number by now; by the way, this is the same number for virtually all high-flange track hubs -- Suzue, Phil, Campy, Shimano, Suntour, etc.)
Single fixed: 41 mm and 30 mm flange offset for the left and right sides, respectively.
Double fixed: 29 mm both sides.
Don't ask me why the double fixed is 29 mm, and if you put in 30 mm for both sides it frankly doesn't change your spoke lengths more than a tenth of a millimeter or so, but that's what Shimano says it is. So there.

This forum is awesome. Mysteries solved.
Yeah, those measurements are all close enough to use the same spoke length front/rear left/right assuming the same lacing pattern. Good...

Hey fellas,
I know this is an old post but I need this info. The thread lists all the needed measurements but never mentions the actual spoke length needed an application. Sorry, I jus need some confirmation before I put in my order for my DEEP Vs to my DA 7600 front and double fixed rear.
Using a spoke calculator I was able to get
Front- 276.7 for lt and rt
Rear-276.1 for rt and lt
*both will be laced 3x as well
Are my calculations correct? Or do some of you out there have different length spokes?
Thank you all,
TDHK

^^^ Depends on how many spokes you are using. Those numbers sound about right for 36h but dont count on my saying that. I'm JUST ESTIMATING. I recently built the same wheel 32h and needed 281mm. 36h would be a bit shorter because the angle isn't as big for the spokes to cross 3x.

thanks for the response. Yeah, it is 36h. Anybody out there who just built their own 36h DA 7600 to Deep V (velocity) who can confirm these measurements? Thanks yall!

Hubs are (to me anyway) permanent and rims are basically temporary in all situations, i.e. rim breaks or the etc and get a new set or one can upgrade.

Sorry for bumping. But I was just starting to calculate my own spoke-length and came to wonder if the numbers above also fits my 110mm rear hub, or if it's specific for, say, 120mm. I too have a double-sided rear hub.
According to this calculator:
https://www.bikeschool.com/spokes/index.cgi
I'd need 285.4mm spokes if I'd do a 3 cross (36H) with a Alex TD17 rim. Yes, I know it's a crap rim, so don't bother.
Am I onto something here or is it totally out of the blue?
Yeah, this'd be my first build thus all the newbie questions
