Cog Wear?

Is this a normal amount of wear for 200 miles or is the anodizing just rubbing off? Chain is brand new. I am pretty sure I am just being paranoid but want to make sure something isn't wrong.

You can see a very slight denting on the pulling side of the teeth, but it looks pretty normal to me.

That cog is dangerously worn and should not be ridden. Ship it to me immediately for safe disposal. I will cover the cost of shipment.
