$200 for upgrades, what do I get?

Hi everyone, my new bike is coming in the mail today, and I have about $200 left for upgrades on it, and trying to decide what to do for it.

Its a nice alum/cabon fork and frame, but everything else is pretty meh.
The wheels, cranks, pedals, tires, etc are pretty generic hipster fixie parts.

I do have a nice saddle that I like, but not sure what parts are the best bang for the buck upgrade.

I'm going to spend a few bucks replacing the plastic pedals with some general metal ones, but other than that, i'm not sure.

Try riding the bike. The bike will tell you what needs replacing. Often people's butts don't agree with the saddle that comes with a bike for example, but you shouldn't replace the saddle until you actually know that it doesn't work well for you.

Bikes: '84 Basso Pista, Masi Heinz '57 SS beater. Couple Stingrays...

Also, it would help if you put a pic up, and told everyone exactly what it was.

Bikes: Felt TK2, Felt Z5

What kind of bike and why do you think you need to immediately upgrade it?
