Roll 1 bike upgrade

Hi,
I bought this roll 1 bike(2012) from gumtree and it is in a great condition but i want to upgrade it.

You should be able to change the fork. As far as the integrated stuff, that looks to be the bar/stem combo. That has to come off to get the fork on and off, and to service the headset. So yes, it can be done.

Bikes: '84 Basso Pista, Masi Heinz '57 SS beater. Couple Stingrays...

I think the handlebar and stem are "integrated", meaning one piece.

Edit: sorry, yes, what 10 speed said....

Oddly, it also says that the dropouts are integrated. I'm trying to even conceive of what it would mean to have non-integrated dropouts.

Sliding dropouts which are bolted to the frame. But yeah, makes no sense to throw integrated into all this bs. Bike jargon can be so stupid.

How much does this bike weigh? It includes a steel handle bar and stem piece. Damn

What is the steerer tube height on that fork? And what is "e glass?" I don't know about that fork. Might be better options out there.
