Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

My commuting bike has disc rotors, so Torx. I exchanged my large chainring for a smaller one, and found that the FSA-supplied chainring bolts were hex 5mm on the outside, and Torx on the inside. Who knew?

Chainring bolts are becoming increasingly Torx. It just makes sense so you don't strip the bolts when applying a bunch o' pressure. It is odd though that yours are 5s on the outside and Torx on the inside but I guess there is probably a good reason for that.
