Some go-to bikes available in France/Europe ?

So I've been searching for a good and affordable ( around 400€ max ) bike for my first fixie.
I've found the Mercier Kilo TT to be the most redundant name, and have been advised not to pick purefix/ state bicycle / bigshot etc.. kind of bikes.
The best decision to get a good fixie is to build your own, but I'm pretty sure it will be too expensive, so I'd rather buy a complete one and then change some pieces when I'll get the money.
The thing is that no websites (bikesdirect.com for instance does not ship internationnally) that propose the kilo TT ship it in Europe.
So I've been wondering if you guys had a way to get a Kilo TT in France or Europe or if there are other go to fixies that are already available in France/Europe,
Thank you.

Look for a used Stevens or Merida. I kinda dig the older Stevens bikes I see online at times. It is pretty obvious that they were carbon copies of Trek bikes of the same time period. Late 90's early 2000's. Fixies: Leader frames are pretty cheap. You could get a used one for a decent price but people are always asking way too much for them.

Good luck. Where's your search region exactly? I could help look if you like. That is, if you're interested in a used bike.

Thanks a lot for your help, I'll definitly take a look. For the frames, I know most of the frames in the market are affordable but I'd have to buy every other components, and that would be too much of a struggle and too expensive for me, I'd rather change pieces little by little.

Well I search everywhere as long as they ship to France, for privates sells (used bikes) I can move up to France and Spain to get the bike (for stores too).

Bikes: A few

Don't they have a large and well established Fixed gear culture in Europe? Large number of people willing to trade, sell or share parts with each other?

I wouldn't say so. There's lots of hills in these parts!
