Bad phone pic, but here's the updated whip. It sits at 6.68kg with any real weight weenie-ing going on except for the wheels.

This is rad as hell and also your arms must be super long but who cares because long stems = awesome

Wilier GTS Ultegra. I've had it a couple of months now. You know what? Gears are really, really nice.

I kinda think I'm done with FG, so I'll probably sell the Steamroller soon and get something else for commuting. Being 51, I think that's OK.

^That pic really does that paintjob justice. :D

Trek Émonda

Weight: 6.8 kg with some ti skewers that have been sitting a drawer for a few years waiting for liberation, and including water bottle cage, extension post for Garmin 500, and pedals. Lighter tubes or going tubeless would drop me into sub 15 pound range. Beats my beloved Wabi by about four pounds (but it isn't any more fun to ride than my fixie).

seau grateau 04-13-16 12:27 AM

Daaaang. I usually don't go for crabon bikes, but that is sexy. Those brakes!

hairnet 04-13-16 12:49 AM

Wow, very nice.
