while i rode both of those streets today, this is richmond ave. - beyond the reeds is jersey, to the left in the same direction is(was?) the dump

that deli mightve gotten boned by sandy and never returned. i think the only business that rebuilt on fr cap is a bar. hylan remained pretty much intact though

I ride 38cm bars on my road bike lol. 36cm at the hoods, and campy does the thing where it angles in even more.

Not mine, but a coworker's... No. 18 of 100 and clocking in at about 18lbs.

built in the usa masi with columbus tubing?

IFPCL 02-28-16 12:02 AM

Yeah, all Enve hardware and DA components. He went all-out and the ride is insane.

Leukybear 02-28-16 12:17 AM

Interesting, apparently that frameset comes with a complementary matching MASI kit when you buy it.
There's a colormatched silca impero framepump option too; which would run parallel to the top tube and make use of the pump peg on the headtube.

That brooks looks kinda weird tho not gonna lie.

Agreed, a cambium would fit with the bike more as opposed to a professional which clashes a bit with the rest of the bike.

Yeah at least one demagogue in the hot r not thread agrees with you, and I tend to as well. I guess saddles are a personal choice though.

True, sits too far forward.

Muffin Man 02-28-16 05:17 AM

Too far forward, and pretty out of style from the rest of the bike. Whatever is comfortable though, I guess.

this is rad....but seems heavy, albeit most of that weight is in the saddle.
a few years ago my buddy had a steel (obvsly) waterford w/ an alpha q fork weighing in at 15lbs w/ sram red.
this bike with enve everything seems kinda chunky...

Mumonkan 02-28-16 03:57 PM

I actually have your levers and brakeset in my parts bin. Your pair is spectacularly clean though as with the rest of the bike. :)

Once again not mine. My friend inherited this Bridgestone from his dad and says it's a 1989. It's in mint condition though, w/ Ritchey Logic tubing.
