SE Draft lite gear swap

Just bought a Se Draft lite (2014) on the cheep. Wanting to convert for bike polo use. Any gear ratio recommendations?

Its a 52 frame with 700c wheels.
Currently has a Euro Cartridge BB crank set, 42T
and a 16T free wheel.

Need much lower then this.
Any ideas?
Cheers

Bikes: Keirin and a Steamroller

(Unanswered threads cause me discomfort.)

While I have no firsthand experience with bike polo, I do find it to be an especially compelling pastime (far more than racing, which many around here seem to be preoccupied with) and will be soon moving to a city where this particular activity is cherished.

In doing some research, some of which seemed authoritative to me, a good ratio seems to be around 1.6 or 1.7, 36/22 or 35/21.

Problem is that the crankarms are 130mm bcd, so the smallest chainring is 38T. So, unless the OP gets new cranks with a 110mm bcd, a larger cog will be a less expensive solution.

I was hoping someone would know more about that crankset.

Unless you want a new crankset (scour that site for polo stuff), you'll want to track down a 23T freewheel to match a 38 tooth chainring (which are available).

Unless I'm wrong.

Edit: I have been listening to 'Walk Among Us' on repeat all night, and have come to the improper conclusion that all problems can be solved by brute force.
