Wheel Sets For Flip Flop
I was looking for a wheel set that offered the ability to have a rear hub that had the ability for a freewheel on either side of the hub. I bought both of these and now want to return one.
In YOUR OPINION, which should I return.
Velocity Deep V Polished Silver Fixed Gear Wheelset Formula High Flange Track Hubs - Silver Formula 32 H
They weigh in at 1066 grams for front and 1127 for the rear.
AFTER I already bought these, I then found Wabi Sub 15's:
Superlight at 1475g/set (704g front, 771g rear)
Silky smooth sealed bearing hubs
Bolt on design is lighter than nuts and doesn't damage dropouts
Thanks!

Thanks for the reply.
I weigh 165. I try to stay on the smooth parts of the roads as much as possible. I watch for pot holes and don't smack the bike around. The roads here in the US, NY State are not that bad, especially compared to roads in many other countries.

The Sub 15's are probably pretty light. You can get spendier and get a handbuilt set that might be lighter but you probably have found something fairly light and of course less durable.

Thanks for the reply.
My thinking now is ---------------------- to keep BOTH and test them out. From the replies here I've grown a bit more concerned about the durability of the SUB-15's and ability to stay true. Combined the Subs are about 1450 GRAMS... The Velocities combined are about 2100 grams but should be able to keep a true very well.

I put the sub15s on today with white 700 x 23C tires and a 16T sprocket. The bike is a rocket.... I own a rocket! I will post pictures when I get to a regular computer. My smartphone and this forum does not allow me to upload pics from my device, only a url.
Anyway, the bike looks like art now, as well. It is functional art. I put a 20T freeeheel sprocket on the other side of the rear wheel. Flipping it was easy on the road. A small 5mm allen. Flipped and I could tackle hills. 22T and 23T I have ordered.
However I road around a number of towns with it today. The concept of both sides freewheel with one for most terrains and one just for climbing is proven AND these Wabi Sub15s are amazing value and definitely are QUICK!

If space and money aren't a big issue, keep both.
I've on more than one occasion been grateful for having a spare set of wheels. Swapping a wheel in a hurry is much faster than fixing a flat, you have the flexibility of setting different wheels up for different uses, etc.
