You know of any Cinelli mash frames drilled for brakes ?
The Vigorelli also has a front brake hole. I think the work frame is the only current in production frame with both brake holes.

If you can find one of these, it has brake mounts on both ends.

the fork is already drilled, its just covered by paint. Remove the cover & you'll be good to go. that bike looks to fit what you want...

H+Son TB14 Rims have a brake surface so its brake ready right?

58cm? How tall are you? It's worth it if it's your size.
