MKS toe clip sizing

Ordered what were listed as size large MKS toe clips (the standard single strap steelies) and they are about 10mm too long for my cleated vintage style shoes.

So, I order size medium. They are 20mm shorter.

My size large are marked "LL" and the mediums are marked "M".

Is "LL" actually extra large with these MKS toe clips?

I can run a 10mm spacer on the mediums, but would rather have the clips much closer to size so that the allocation for the strap remains more "inline" with the pedal slots.

Pedals are MKS Track (the $30 ones).

Thanks!

"LL" is Japanese for XL.

Online ordering has it's pitfalls.

Not if you buy it from a competent seller >>> https://www.retro-gression.com/colle...teel-toe-clips
