hi!

problem is fork threaded part is bit short and when i put it to frame and trying to put my headset there is space between adjustable race and upper race.
is there any way to fix this problem ? to change headset or put spacer maybe?

Take the fork to a bike mechanic who has the tool to cut longer threads.

+1. Extending threads is pretty easy if you have the tools. A decent bike shop will have at least an English thread (1" x 24tpi) thread die. Better shops will have more selection.

You don't say what thread spec your fork uses or where you are located. Either or both these pieces of information may help in finding a solution for you.

if there is too much space that means the threading is too long. You can thrown in a 1 inch spacer and tighten it down like normal and it should work fine.

have found few bike shops that are still open will try to contact them to ask if they can cut thread longer

fork is Gazelle 1'' with 40mm threaded part. threaded part it is short by 10-12mm if it helps
