Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

I thought Val was always happy? She was definitely giddy though! Must have been the bakery goods.

is it supposed to be pronounced like "artery"? I've got one of the climbing shells that have a black chest, I think salome's got the same but with a hood.

hey dols bring yours and we can be a gang. we'll have a special artery handshake.

edit: hey BTW triplets of bellville got me back into cycling. the climb scenes to be specific.

I've been doing my best to stretch out the work that I have remaining for the Fall season so that I can stay out of the shop as long as possible. If I time it right I won't have to step foot inside that place!

As much as I enjoy the month of December the thought of sitting down every cold morning in my warm pajamas and a hot cup of cocoa is quite nice.........

i'm hoping comiski (i mean us cellular field) is included in the route this year. if only because the city of chicago has a 'security bubble' planned around it for game 1. you got to love the names they come up with.
