Well the idea was to bring the track nationals to mpls. utilizing our beautiful facility in Blaine. We had the housing all set up and were starting to work on the sponsors. however, some personal things came up with the main organizer and we don't know if it is going to go on. supposedly squid is going to be throwing something around the country. one of the cities is supposedly chicago. which is kind of wack because it is like racing on a parking lot....
our idea was to race on a real track.
i will post more info when i get it but the date was going to be in august.
i was getting excited to see who was going to show up. supposedly to school me.

p.s. it was to second the 'track nationals' that took place at the encino velodrome in LA last spring. It was the race that was featured in the first 'fixed' magazine. they did some flying 200s and had sprints 3up to determine the chump, er, champ.
