In other words: we haven't got any lockrings cheap enough to go with these wheelsets at this price. hang on I think I found some nice tinfoil ones for about 10¢ each, but it'll take a few days to get em.
On the one hand I can see where if it said something was included, I would feel cheated if it didn't come. On the other hand, it only said a lockring was included it didn't say a GOOD lockring was included, and most folks who bought those wheels did so because tey were so cheap. Even without a lockring they are still way cheap, so odds are you would have ordered them anyway. So you know, OK, piss and moan about the lack of a lockring, but you KNOW that none of you would send the wheels back over the lockring. |

Did you ever get your lockring?
I just got the wheels this morning. I didn't have time for a close inspection, but they looked like they were packed pretty well and true enough. No lockring, natch. I'm going to e-mail them now about that (and also complain about their crappy $6 blinkie). |
no, i didn't get the lockring yet, but i took one off my other wheelset to get that set rolling. mine were true out of the box and i have no complaints. . . they are gonna owe lockrings to a LOT of customers- they sold out of those wheelsets shortly thereafter, i'm glad i jumped on that sweet deal!

I got my lockring. The overnighted it to me. The package was incredibly wasteful. They put a tiny little lockring in this 6 in. by 6 in. box.
