Does anyone know where this thing is being stored(but if it has been destroyed please dont tell me)? Everytime I see something about Marcus, I think about this thing. I think someone in Chicago needs to find it, bring it to Chicago and build it, so Marcus can have a Chrsitmas present this year. He always hooks us up around this time with his December always goes through January sale. It is about time we payed him back.
PS if you dont know what this thing is

Puma might not be working on it, but the captain of the team sure is. It's one of his many dreams. I *think* there might be one in Canada somewhere, but I'm not positive about that. The figure 8's that have been built have not been built to last, apparently. We had a guy design one for CMWC last summer that was never built, but it was designed for awesomeness.

i'm sure you could make the equivalent for cheaper than having the thing trucked in. i'm talking plywood, 2x4's and 4x4's to support the overpass.
i'm no engineer, but i was a builder on stage crew in HS (<-loser) used to working with nailguns and building platforms to hold a 10-person chorus line for musicals. If we found space and had the $ for supplies, we could make this work.
it would, indeed, be awesome.

*thinking* wouldn't that have been cool? no, really?
honestly, i think we could build it. i know several of the pirates are engineers. it wouldn't be that tough. we'd just have to stay sober until the thing is finished.
gosh, that could be harder than i thought.
