i'm actually going to get a clip-on i can remove at the track so i can keep my ass dry when i ride around town. it is portland, after all. i'm sure you understand the rain issue, being in seattle.

x. Not saying hello to other cyclists because they're just not as cool as you
x+1. Trying to drop someone who says hello while passing you (the same one you wouldn't say hello back to)
Seriously. Self-richeous ässholery is not needed. Those who practise it need a frame pump jammed in their spokes.

i was visiting portland a couple of years back and passed a group of crusty punks on bikes going the other way. as i drew closer i heard a cacophony of bells, horns, and "hey's"...very cool.
oh yeah, next time i'm in the NW, i'll let you guys know...if you can make it from seattle, you're more than welcome to take the bike for a test ride, although i usually leave the fenders at home, they don't fit in my backpack

nice...if i had something more to say, like "come to the bar with me!" maybe i'd say it. i guess "nice night for a ride". unless it isn't.
i think way too much.
