Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Please use an E-clue

First Amendment Right: check.

I am super annoyed by threads like the one referenced about why
we all should have brake(s) on our fixies and why we will all soon get
our notice for brake inspection from the Dept. of Transportation.

These posts pop-up everyone gets all riled up, no one's opinions
get changed, and posters always get all offended and go home
crying. Get a clue! There're some issues that'll never be "solved"
on a message board:

-brake vs no-brake
-anti-choice vs pro-choice
-mac vs windows vs linux vs lindows
-helmet vs no-helmet
-steel vs alu vs ti vs carbon

Hear Hear!!!! I completely agree... we will never "solve" the debate between steel and aluminum because there is no debate... STEEL IS REAL!!!! Anyone who says aluminum is better is just trolling

derivative of e^g(x) = e^g(x) x g'(x)

y=e^x ----> y'=e^x

haha, sorry. I just finished my calc exam and derivatives are still on my mind.
