Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Low resolution picture, so it's hard to see but my bike is definitely well aged. Rust, patina, scratches, dents, etc...

hahah if only it was blood. its red grease, i just used it to lube up the chain...quick and dirt.

the frame is an 80's ross eurosport (i think) 59 or 60 cm, rattlecanned flat black. i really dont know 100% what model or what year or even what size, but i know its a ross and i know its somewhere around the high 50's.

[QUOTE=craigmoyer;6495319]the frame is an 80's ross eurosportQUOTE]

It reminded me of my raliegh frame, from the pics the two are nearly identical, i pulled the same rattlecan paint job on mine too. just piqued my curiousity

And now I saw this thread was necro'd, but I just don't care because that bike embodies beausage. A converted fixed gear in all of its utilitarian glory.

QFT. Next winter when I'm knee deep in snow and just trying to bike to school I solemnly vow that I am up to no good or however that goes, and I'll play.
