+1 on the Rogue. I just picked up a sixer of Dead Guy Ale. Double yum indeed. Speaking of double yum, I had an exquisite pint of Bell's Special Double Cream Stout the other night at the Acadia Cafe. Wow, what a satisfying winter beer!
I've also been enjoying smoky martinis of late. They're vodka martinis with a splash of single malt scotch -- Aberlour, is my preference. That is, whenever I can get it on sale. Othewise, my mixed drinks tend to be manhattans or metropolitans. I reserve g&t's for summertime.

Also, shots of Jagermeister straight from the bottle, because that's how we roll.
*edit* It wasn't yesterday, it was Monday. I guess the PBR is getting to me.

If you know someone that works there, or take their tour, they've got an interesting rec-room on the second floor, with a bar, billiards table, juke box, and really sticky floors from all of the brewing-related love-juice.
Funny anecdote: I was once talking to Sam Calagione, the owner and founder of Dogfish Head, and he mentioned that he was once in a rap group. While chilling at the Yards rec-room, I was flipping through their juke box, and THEY HAD SAM CALAGIONE'S RAP ALBUM! Hillarious. All of his raps/songs are about brewing beer, and, no offense to him, he should probably stick to what he's good at: brewing beer.

Beer:
Pinkus Munster Alt (amazing organic amber)
Red Stripe (the new PBR around here)
Pacifico Clara (best summer beer ever, paired with lime wedges)
Delirium Tremens (yum)
Liquor:
Makers on the rocks
Zapopan Tequila most of the time (cheap, decent)
Don Julio if I'm feeling REALLY flush
Homemade margaritas, bloody marys, mojitos
Wine:
I'm a cheap-ass.. Mostly $2-$4 offerings from Trader Joes.
A plethora of different sakes

Depends on where I drink...
Lenny's - PBR tall boys.
MJQ - Sparks
Bone yard with my friends - Miller lite or High Life, how ever many we can fit in our bags.
Soda - what the hell, that stuff is liquid candy
Juice - Apple juice, 10 for 10 dollars at Kroger.
