if any of this is true, i do not see how this would instantly drop a criminal case. the fact that Arrigoni tried to kill Lucklust using his vehicle as a deadly weapon remains.

i think the argument is that, if arnold lies about something so huge as going blind, that his honor can't really be trusted for anything else.

I want to write a letter to the truck driver explaining that all cyclists aren't ******s like that guy.

Every single time there is a newspaper article that can possibly reflect badly on Lucklust, it's always posted here by some "newbie." So I'd say so, yes.
