separated at birth?

Is that Paul Wall, or whatever his name is? Only recognize him from a 2 am commercial for the place that makes his "grills". The commercial is really fun when your drunk.

this is lame.
DW went to the well for the entire framebuilding
community. there were no detractors. we're all
indebted to him and leslie for taking the risk and
getting the second show done - and it was a
complete success.
please be more respectful.
thanks -

MS Paint? Masochist.
edit: i dont think anyones trying to slight don with this thread... I think hes a big enough man to laugh at himself now and again, if i remember right he got some amusement out of the ron jeremy thread. This seems in good humor to me.

e-RICHIE has taste, that's all. i'm sure he's got a sense of humor too, maybe not this particular brand of humor... but oh well.
it's funny, but not that funny. like onetwentyeight said, i don't think the post was meant to take a jab at don, but more of a lighthearted joke. comparing one icey grilled smile to another. paul wall is all over the game right now, on top of it in fact, so to liken don to him is kinda a compliment.

Christ, this is a forum about bikes -- almost exclusively track bikes. We are all enthusiasts, some of us know one or two things about them; but many are ignorant. We are really lucky to have a few profssional framebuilders weigh in now and then. Especially, a framebuilder like DW who has specialized in competition track frames for quite a while. Geeze, we should be paying the guy to post here. To say nothing of e-Richie.
On top of that, many of us just enjoyed a great experience at the NAHBS, all due to Don's hard work. Don't tell me because I paid to get in, that I don't need to thank him for that work. We all should.
It is not OK, under the guise of "being real," to tell someone that you don't think his work is all that great. It is plain old bad manners.

DW intimidated me, he's a scary man. I was too busy in the jacuzzi after the race to have a good look around the show, mainly because I hate bikes.
Even though that is the case, I would pay at least $7 to see Kyle flip that tandem, holographic skulls and all.

sometimes I think Joe's right and we ought to shut down
ss/fixie.
The lack of respect for people like Don and e-RICHIE©™®, Dave Moulton
before this, amazes me. I don't expect that they will be around much longer,
I know I wouldn't.
when y'all sober up and scratch your heads wondering where they've gone
it will be too late.
