Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Yup.

SO I guess Gibson was wrong to implicate the Jewish Patriarchs, huh?

Koyman, I'm letting my peeps* know the tragic reality of my newfound existence, is all. All things must come to an end, eventually. Like hoarding bikes and bike parts. My bedroom looks like a small boutique shop, and I could use the money from the sale.

No worries. It's been said, many times many ways, nothing's forcing me to look at threads that I don't like.

Really, I think I'm just bitter that this thread went towards motorcycles rather than apocryphal texts.

Didn't want to see it land in the Religion forum on the first day, and miss out on all the fun to be had here!

apcryphal texts are rad. the apocrypha, pseudopygrypha, the gnostic gospels, etc... but NOT the book of goddamn mormon.

You know why the British don't manufacture television sets, right? Can't figure out how to make one that leaks oil.

Recently sold my BMW. Too much upkeep, not enough time.
