"Gimpy" is a derogatory term for the physically disabled. I think our friend Mr. Ingersoll's disability is probably not physical.

Cut him some slack, Juvi.
You wouldn't be the most pleasant person in the world either if you had to go home to this every night.

Yikes.

can you stop bringing his girlfriend/sister into this? they are not the ones posting tons of messages to bikeforums.

and everyone can just add him to the ignore list, and the problem goes away.

Its funny that at MySpace he claims sophistry as one of his interests. That and kicking the sh*t out of sh*t, or something.

but while we're at it, let's turn this board into a tutorial of the mechanics of english. it would be oh so much more fun than talking about bikes.

if i'd chastised people for misspellings and hobbled sentence structure there would be validity in poiting out my hypocrisy. but we're not writing theses for scholastic publishing or anything. we're all just dicking around on the interweb.

While, I agree, mispelling does not hijack words of their meaning, I would expect someone who so flagrantly relies on verbiage in his posts to at least spell the excessive words correctly.
Copy/paste is your friend.
That's not asking too much.
