There is just something about the feel of riding a little small. Really, really fun.

I had kinda the opposite experience today. I'm doing a short trackstand while in the median (boulevard) btwn both ways of traffic, while waiting for the southbound traffic to clear. It does, and as I slowly start that first pedal stroke to get going again, this car parked on the curb starts to pull out. He makes eye contact w/ me and sees me crossing, but apparently he can't wait that extra two seconds to cross, and goes anyway. So I have to stop again (suddenly) while at very slow speed. My only option at this point was to clip out, but I couldn't! My cleat was stuck, and I end up falling over onto the pavement! I have my pedal tension set super low, and had been clipping in and out of them effortlessly all day, but the one time I REALLY NEEDED to clip out, I get stuck and fall. It was quite the demonstration of skill, let me tell ya...
