to can do that for pretty much ANY units you want in google, i'm prettys sure that's how baxtefer got his numbers earlier...

Google does conversions. On any Google search box just enter what you want converted, for instance:

22 inches in cm

... spits out:

22 inches = 55.88 centimeters
