They messed up in the first place by letting this frame slide out to distribution. 0 points to Bianchi. They made a mistake (companies do that.), they took care of it under what is considered typical warranty.
whoa, ok mister i've-never-made-a-mistake-in-my-life. **** happens. bianchi compensated him even though the frame wasn't being returned through the place of purchase. sounds like a friendly move to me. you need to chill the **** out.
