Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

And that's why bmxboard has not allowed new members in forevers.
If you're legitimately interested in BMX check that out (if you are then you probably already have). There's a mature immaturity in that board (stupid funny stuff sans 12 yos) but there's also pros and industry types and legit conversation.
I hope you picked the bikeforums BMX board because of the juvi crowd there rather than because it was BMX. Let's all say it together: riding bikes irregardless of what kind is fun. Not to mention that most adult BMXicans are jacked and could probably spank most fixie riders ;-)
I did read it and think it was funny btw. I also ride fixed, BMX, and freeride/dh.
