Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

I would have to assume that the tape job is just temporary...until EB actually puts the bars on the bike.

If not, then that's one ugly tape job...

yeah, you've got to be careful with stella azzura eleganza tape. why didn't you use the included finishing tape? i thought it was snappy:

G5 with large overpriced monitor?

don't get me wrong, I've got a mac and love it, but those monitors are crazy pricey.

Well, until recently there wasn't a cheaper widescreen monitor of similar quality available. I looked around a lot before I bought my cinema display. Of course, the student discount really helped with the price. Plus, there is no better looking monitor; those things are beautiful (the case and the screen). And Eddie's can't be too expensive because it's the old style. Still pretty nice, though.

BTW, the tape on that IRO is sweet, sers.

The Stella azzura eleganza tape is also very expensive. More than I'd be willing to spend-- for tape, but I'm a cheap @$$.

I used to have a G5 w/ dual LCDs (20" and 17") and it was by far the best computer setup I've ever had.
