Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? Juvi,
Regarding my date tonight, which bike should I ride?
I have 15 so I need some guidance in narrowing down my choice.

Fixed - to show I am steadfast and aware.
SS - for casual simplicity
Geared - to prove I am flexible and not afraid to change the pace.

Steel - for a renaissance feel
Al / C for a more high tech image

In the 80s I used to spend all day creating mix tapes for chicks I was really into. Should I just download my iPod and email it to her or is that too impersonal?

it is pretty good...as long as you have carbon seatpost. doesnt weigh much...so with risers it is great for wheelies.

DW
In Japan they are very fashionable...lets say They Are Big In Japan. And they do really make a differance when you get hit by a cross wind, you just fall over rather than staying on two wheels. If I was goin to go with just one...I would def go with the Araya(Disco for Life).

Bikes: highly modified specialized crossroads and GT hybrid (really a [formerly] 12-speed bmx cruiser, made before 'hybrid' took on its current meaning), as yet unmodified redline 925, couple of other projects
