Another good customer service rave.
I recently sent an email to EAI to ask if I could order the Dedacciai tubing decals (I'm a sucker for decals). I got a reply that they would send me some for free if I gave them my address. I did and two days later a large envelope appeared in my mailbox. In addition to the tubing decals, there was a bareknuckle headbadge decal (which is pretty sweet. I don't know why more people don't use them. There are also stickers from just about every company they carry. Nagasawa, nitto, sugino, gan well pro, izumi, probably about 30 in all. I know they probably didn't cost him anything, and it only cost a dollar to ship, but I've been charged more for less. So I appreciate the effort.
