its a small chopper.. this weekend I plan to do the tubing for the rear (making it a hardtail)

Since that picture I made some motor mounts and moved some of the cross supports and some other frame work.

bumping this thread cuz I'm mad with excitement and sh*t!

take a look at this thing below. in about 6 hours this will be one big linocut print.
right now, it's about 24" x 40". I'm gonna cut ink and pull a good print tonight. much excitement ahead!

yep, he finally got his fat ass off my ship

around 5am my hands were pretty shaky from working thru the night, so my print photos came out blurry. here's the blocks though.

It is a glass coverslip that was milled out using a focused ion beam...the side walls are like that due to redeposition of the glass that is being essentially blown apart by the ion beam

i once used a tattoo machine to do drawings on a copper plate to print intaglio. fun. ended up being a really nice pencil like effect.
