bordshorts. . .
I make my scratch washing boats. . .I get pretty wet so I wear/ride in boardshorts. They're light, dry quick (sweat+h20), and they allow you to move freely. Anyone else riding in them? If you haven't, give it a whirl.

[EDIT] Maybe this is just the mountain biker in me but I would also thing that board shorts' crotch would tend get caught on the saddle if you ever had to move in front of or off the back of the saddle.

Maybe it's just growing up in coastal NC, but a lot of people back home call any shorts with liners "swim trunks". None of the boardshorts I've ever worn have had liners, but then again, it may be a mid East coast thing. Who knows.
