well, all you can see is that it is a bullhorned bike with a left hand brake lever.
They are in motion (her dreads) so it isn't a prop.
But they probably shot this in NYC and I am sure every PA with project runway dreams rode their fixie from williamsburg on their way to play human sandbag. The inclusion of their bike is probably just incidental ("lets get them on a bike" "What bike"? "I dunno, doesn't one of the PAs have a bike"?).
