IRO Framsets?
I'm looking to get building on a winter bike. Anyone have any experience with these framsets?

PIZZ, no offense, but if you'd taken maybe 3.7 seconds to look around, you'd find hundreds of threads about IRO bikes.
And you'd find a lot of riders here own them.
And you'd learn that most everybody here loves them.
Hard to beat for the money. Pick which frame best suits your riding style and do it.

only the mark v pro is manufactured in taiwan, due to the cost of importing reynolds 631 into russia.

If you want a cheap budget bike it's probably ok. Shop around though and get the best one in your budget. Look at Raliegh's new bikes and VanDessel too.
