There are a lot of folks in here who will tear apart anything they can. Don't sweat it, there is douchbagery everywhere.

it's == contractual form of 'it is'

its == possessive form

e.g.: "... didn't include that in its database"

i've just used nuendo on pc........i'm pretty sure it's mac as well, but not positive. let me check at steinberg.......i just checked and it's windows or osx (mac). it supports coreaudio.

dp is popular and pretty good for sure, something about it never quite jived with me. i think it's like this (for me):

nuendo = super fast, high quality audio + video, midi, etc.
pro tools = high quality audio, decent midi and excellent video. WHY CAN YOU ONLY BOUNCE IN REAL TIME?!?!
dp = midi with some audio.

i know that's not completely fair to dp, but something about it just bugs me. i swear that nuendo's algorythms sound better but i'm sure that's all snakes on a plane.

now - to make this forum specific - I LIKE TO LISTEN TO MUSIC PRODUCED ON A DAW WHILE RIDING MY FG/SS. although i prefer 2"......................

see, there is punctuation in a writen language to give it
rhythm. similar to rhythm in music. similarities.
and yes, some music from other cultures speaks to me,
because that music shares roots with music from my
upbringing. and, i learn other languages just as i can
learn to like other types of music.

Don't waste your time, Travis.

Kids these days think that language is an afterthought.

Culture has no value in a disposable society.

When you define musical ability not by mastery of instruments, but by software choices...

...then music also becomes a reflection of consumer culture.

When standards are seen as elitism, the slope becomes slippery indeed.

If you are too lazy too type, or have no regard for your audience (the ones who read your thoughts), then you obviously have no regard for your own thoughts. A friend of mine once said that a messy room is a reflection of a messy mind; to paraphrase I say that a careless letter is a reflection of a careless mind.

If others care about you more than you care about yourself, then it's time for a reality check.
