bward1028 12-11-07 04:57 PM

Is this a decent deal? Should I offer less?

If it fits you, I'd say that's a great deal. I'd snatch that up in a heartbeat.

Gotcha38 12-11-07 05:20 PM

I don't know if it'll fit or not. I'm 6'0. I'm just guessing i'd be around a 56 or 58.

bward1028 12-11-07 06:28 PM

you can always buy it up to trade it again. it'll fit someone at that price

For some reason, there's a raft of extremely nice 60-61cm lugged road frames on eBay right now.

I'd love to rock a purple Colnago.

bonechilling 12-11-07 08:49 PM

I would put a 58 squarely in the range of a 6' rider, but obviously it varies by body type.

http://cgi.ebay.com/Spin-Tri-Spoke-C...QQcmdZViewItem super hip spin trispoke 650c for sweet fixed gear freestyle bar spins and turning your track racer into pseudo-pursuit geometry. ends in 10 minutes

koyman 12-11-07 11:03 PM

I would do a lot of unmentionables for this frame.

Yes. Much better to post a pic of that tattoo than the wheel he's selling.

How's this for an ebay find...

Someone needs to tell this guy that there's forums for out there for stuff like that...

br995 12-12-07 09:40 AM

I was watching that wheel. Once it hit $100 i stopped looking. Nice wheel but I don't need it that bad.

marqueemoon 12-12-07 11:56 AM

nice alu Ibis ENO ss

I've seen this bike locked up in Fremont a few times. $900 might be a bit steep but it's a sweet ride.

1994 Pegoretti.

Edit: Not that I'd condone the converting of such a frame. This 1st Gen Record group w/ Delta brakes would have complimented it about perfectly, though.

Apologies for all the geared content.
