Definitely one of those ****ty, $200 "track" frames from the "we-sell-XS" guy on eBay. I wouldn't pay more than $100 for it, and then, only if all my bikes were stolen and I had to have something to tide me over.

These frames look pretty heavy to me and there was another seller who had close-ups of the workmanship and it was not very good.

My friend has one. It works for the price, but it is quite heavy... he loves that its Soviet.
